DESCRIPTION:This session provides an overview of geospatial services at 
 campus libraries and how we can support your research visualization. The 
 session will explain how you can access your ESRI account\, explore 
 different types of data that can be visualized spatially\, and discuss 
 potential solutions for displaying qualitative and quantitative data 
 sets.\n\nLearning objectives: In this workshop participants 
 will:\n\n\n	Recognize how culture and ideology affect the production of 
 scholarship and privilege some voices over others\n	Identify the 
 information creation processes commonly used in a particular field or 
 discipline\n	Identify how process and methodology may enable or limit the 
 information contained in various sources\n	Determine your information needs 
 and the appropriate scope of inquiry\n	Identify barriers scholars\, 
 learners and others face when participating in scholarly conversation and 
 the impact this has on research and knowledge\n	Recognize the social nature 
 of information\, identifying the relationship between authors\, scholars\, 
 and sources of information\, understanding that information is not static
