Provides tips and tricks for selecting the best interdisciplinary databases, developing successful search strategies and identifying and retrieving grey literature and reports to support the health and wellbeing of First Nations, Métis and Inuit Peoples.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Select the best databases for efficient retrieval of research articles in Indigenous health
  • Develop successful search strategies focusing on comprehensive results from interdisciplinary sources
  • Learn simple effective search techniques for keyword searching to identify and access grey literature, reports and Indigenous journals to ensure search results are comprehensive and inclusive of First Nations, Métis and Inuit perspectives
