It covers important factors to consider when selecting a journal, how the peer-review and revision process works, understanding open access options, copyright issues, and how to keep track of potential future citations of your work.

In this session, participants will:

- Identify potential journals that are relevant to their area of research

- Understand how the peer-review process typically works

- Explain the difference between gold and green open-access options

- Identify copyright issues that must be considered before publishing
