Understand what you as a research brand look like in the scholarly assessment product SciVal. This hands-on session will walk you through the relationship between the Elsevier products Scopus and SciVal, how to set up your profile in SciVal, and how to navigate the various functions in SciVal. The focus will be an overview of the research metric options available to enable participants to make informed choices about the metrics that are meaningful to them.
Note: instructions on how to set up an account in SciVal will be provided before the session and it will be expected that participants have done this prior to attending the session.
This session will be held in the computer lab at the Carolyn Sifton - Helene Fuld Library, located in the St. Boniface Research Centre.
